“Pros”: I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also great, with easy access to the convention center. And the staff? They treated us like royalty from start to finish.

The staff, especially James, was professional and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. Housekeeping was prompt with requests and the breakfast was delightful, the best we've had.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel near restaurants and shopping. The location was perfect for me as I was attending a convention at the nearby convention center. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. The basic amenities provided were just what I needed, and the rooms offered a great deal of privacy from the noise of children. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a jacuzzi in the bathroom for a relaxing soak after a long day. The breakfast included omelets made to order, which were fresh and delicious.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Hampton and I must say, it was great value for my money! The room was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view at night. The location was perfect for attending my nephew's high school graduation, just a short walk from the Hampton Coliseum. The staff treated us like family, providing excellent customer service and making us feel right at home.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in the Hampton Roads area that exceeded our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and evening drinks & snacks. Plus, the hotel was located near a lot of great restaurants and shopping spots, making it convenient for us to explore. And can we talk about the amazing pool? It was so refreshing and relaxing to take a dip after a long day.

One downside we experienced was the noise level in some of the rooms. We could hear other guests talking and walking around in nearby rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
