We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic and spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet station where the omelets were cooked to order. Another great feature was the complimentary happy hour. The staff at check-in were friendly and the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location was convenient, with many different restaurants nearby and easy access to NRG Park and downtown.

As a couple, we loved the delicious breakfast options and the option to take trays back to our room. The staff was helpful and the overall customer service was outstanding. The hotel provided free parking and the rooms were tidy and comfortable.

This place is in a location with everything I wanted. The 2-room suites were very comfortable and had good amenities. The service was excellent, especially the room service. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very nice.

Fantastic breakfast with lots of options and great coffee. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay easy and enjoyable. Convenient location close to many local attractions and easy highway access.

Street noise was significant, making it hard to sleep at night. The room lacked sufficient plugs for devices, especially in the bedroom, which made it difficult to work.

Great value for the money. The hotel offers a shuttle service, which was very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful and the evening reception was a nice bonus. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day.

There were a few issues during my stay. The thermostat in the room didn't work and they were unable to transfer us to another room. The jacuzzi was also not functioning and appeared to be unclean. It was disappointing that these amenities were not up to par.

The complimentary evening reception made a great start to our stay. We loved the selection of wines offered, especially after a long day. we'll recommend Embassy Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

This hotel has everything I wanted in a room, from 2 queen beds and a let-out couch to plenty of space for our family of four. The breakfast is included and has a great range of options, with something for everyone. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to all the attractions I had planned. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in request, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. They even lent me a bottle opener for my wine, which was very thoughtful. The room was exceptionally clean, I didn't even need to use my Cloris wipes. The sheets and towels were pristine, and the whole place felt brand new.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is great and the staff is top-notch.

I stayed at Embassy Suites for 4 days on a girls trip. Yolanda and the staff were amazing, the bartenders and chefs were so nice, and the cook-to-order breakfast bar was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great layout. The value for the room cost and service was outstanding. The second chef showed great hospitality and the bartender Arianna was a joy. The guest happy hour at the bar was awesome. a wonderful experience and we'll definitely be back.
