The hotel had large, clean rooms with plenty of storage space. the breakfast was delicious with made, to, order pancakes and omelettes. the hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle service within a five, mile area, which was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions.

The bathroom was small, as is typical in most hotels. the hotel was a bit pricey compared to other options in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic and spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet station where the omelets were cooked to order. Another great feature was the complimentary happy hour. The staff at check-in were friendly and the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location was convenient, with many different restaurants nearby and easy access to NRG Park and downtown.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a short business trip. The location was perfect, with plenty of amenities nearby. I especially enjoyed the happy hour at the bar and the great breakfast options. The hospitality from the front desk to the wait staff was phenomenal, top-notch service. The newly renovated room on the 11th floor was impressive, with clean lines and a tasteful neutral print. The ambiance was nice, and the spacious rooms were incredibly clean. I had a fantastic experience.

As a couple, we loved the delicious breakfast options and the option to take trays back to our room. The staff was helpful and the overall customer service was outstanding. The hotel provided free parking and the rooms were tidy and comfortable.

This place is in a location with everything I wanted. The 2-room suites were very comfortable and had good amenities. The service was excellent, especially the room service. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very nice.

The hotel has a great location near various restaurants within the area, and within driving distance to Memorial City Mall. The rooms are spacious and clean, with an attentive staff. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Fantastic breakfast with lots of options and great coffee. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay easy and enjoyable. Convenient location close to many local attractions and easy highway access.

Street noise was significant, making it hard to sleep at night. the room lacked sufficient plugs for devices, especially in the bedroom, which made it difficult to work.

Great value for the money. the hotel offers a shuttle service, which was very convenient. the breakfast was wonderful and the evening reception was a nice bonus. the indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day.

There were a few issues during my stay. the thermostat in the room didn't work and they were unable to transfer us to another room.
