The breakfast at Embassy Suites was amazing! The omelette made by the friendly staff with braids was absolutely delicious. The breakfast spread had everything and the food was served hot. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my stay, I loved the hotel's location near a breathtaking waterfall and a fantastic outdoor mall. The charming Jackson area and diverse restaurant options were close enough to explore. The room was spotless, and the friendly service was top-notch. The delicious breakfast and complimentary snacks made the stay even better. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a nice touch.

There was some confusion around the swimming pool closing time, leading to disappointment.

Breakfast was fast, freshly cooked, and very tasty. The staff serving breakfast were polite and cheerful. The hotel was in a great location, was clean and comfortable, with good elevators.

The customer service at check-in was poor. One staff member was not knowledgeable about Hilton Honors and the other appeared disinterested.

The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood, close to a shopping center. The suites were spacious and clean, with a kitchenette and separate sitting area. The indoor pool and gym were great amenities. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of snacks and drinks, including alcohol. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

They ran out of several items, and when we asked for them, they didn't seem to care. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms could still be improved, as we encountered issues with closet doors and unpleasant odors in the past.
