The location could use an upgrade as nearby areas felt uninviting!!! A solid cleaning routine might help with the unpleasant odors scattered around!!! Improved maintenance of gym facilities would make for a better experience!!! Smoother check-in processes would definitely enhance guest satisfaction!!!

I appreciated the indoor pool and jacuzzi, which provided a relaxing end to my day. Plus, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The reception process was frustrating when the evening staff seemed unhelpful about the payment situation, leading to an embarrassing moment when I had to ask family for funds. Additionally, the toilet in my room backed up, and despite assurances of prompt service, it took longer than expected to be addressed, adding to my overall dissatisfaction.

Had a great time with friends at this smoke-free hotel! We loved the indoor pool and fitness center and enjoyed our trip to see a Red Raiders basketball game. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and it’s just 5 km from Jones AT&T Stadium. Perfect location for a fun getaway!

The King Suite with Sofa Bed was clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a decent night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a nice selection, with the highlight being the indulgent pastries and the "pour-your-own waffles," perfect for a quick start before heading out. However, a negative experience with a rude night manager, who was unwelcoming towards my grandkids wanting to swim, cast a shadow over the stay. Despite that, the facilities were generally well-maintained, and the gym was quite useful.
