The lobby and elevators were comfortable and efficient. the hotel staff, especially Joe, were top, notch and well, trained. the conference area and breakout session rooms were great, and the food provided for the conference was delicious. the hotel also had a fitness room and a saltwater pool, which were both well, maintained. Additionally, there were several running routes in the area with paved sidewalks, making it convenient for those who enjoy running.

We had a romantic escape and were impressed with the natural ambiance of the hotel. the staff's complimentary breakfast and free wi-fi, as well as the location being in close proximity to downtown, added to our pleasant experience.

Although the hotel offered free parking, the lack of soundproofing and excessive noise from the surrounding area impacted our couple's retreat. the poor insulation allowed a lot of noise from the traffic outside and other guests within the hotel.
