We had an amazing view of downtown from our beautiful room. The hotel facilities, including the bar, were great. The location next to the light rail was perfect for our commute to and from the airport. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great building, with a huge lobby and a cool wine vault. the rooms were comfortable and clean, making for a good night's sleep.

The air-conditioning was extremely loud and blew directly onto your head, making it impossible to sleep. the service was lacking, from the confusion in the restaurant to the mix-up with our room type and the dirty towel found in the sofa bed.

Located in the business district of a major US city, this hotel is comparable to Marriott city center. It is conveniently close to the Metro Train station and in the Downtown area. The rooms are spacious with good-sized desks, perfect for business travelers. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and attention to detail is evident in the comfortable amenities provided. The pool is well-maintained with fabulous water temperature and incredibly soft water.

The breakfast was beyond boring.

We had an amazing time at this hotel in a great area of downtown. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the action spots. The metro transit was just a block away, making it convenient to travel to sports destinations. The hotel bar, with its oval shape, was a unique and enjoyable experience, especially with the helpful bartenders who accommodated our taste and game preferences. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable, offering a great way to relax after a long day.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at the Westin in Minneapolis. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location was perfect, with the lightrail just steps away, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the view of the city from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The gym was top-notch and the added perk of skyway access was a game-changer. And of course, being able to bring my pet along was a huge bonus.

The Westin exceeded my expectations in terms of location and ambiance. The hotel, housed in a beautifully restored old bank, boasts elegant furnishings and a dramatic Art Deco design. The common areas, such as the lobby with its stunning chandeliers and the Bank Restaurant with its open kitchen, create a truly impressive atmosphere.
