This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city center and in a safe area. We were able to easily explore the Financial District and the SoMa district, thanks to its prime location. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had modern amenities. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with the most gorgeous view of San Francisco's skyline right outside our window. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including many healthy choices. It was a great way to start our day, especially considering that the included rate was very affordable.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Soma for a conference. The location was perfect, with museums, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. The corner room on the top floor had breathtaking views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was perfect. The hotel had a modern and welcoming decor, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I loved the eco-friendly initiatives, with water bottle fillers in the lobby and soap/shampoo dispensers in the rooms. Bravo for reducing waste!

This hotel is located in the fantastic area of SoMa district, in downtown, making it very easy to visit the city. The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities and have a great view at the end of the hall. The staff is very friendly and attentive, offering excellent service, and the breakfast included rate offers many options of food, including many healthy options.

The front desk service was unprofessional and inattentive, with staff members displaying mean and nasty behavior. There were hidden fees and charges added to our bill, which made the overall value of our stay poor. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms could be improved, as there was a musty smell and dampness in our room on the fourth floor. Additionally, amenities like shower gel and shampoo were not replenished promptly, and there was a lack of cleaning service on one day.

Located in a safe, Downtown area, this hotel proved to be a convenient stay for business travelers with easy access to Moscone Center. Restaurants and shopping options were available nearby but the location was not in touristy hotspots. The rooms were spacious and clean with flat-screen TVs, though some guests experienced plumbing issues. Guests could enjoy the breakfast buffet and helpful service from the friendly staff. The lobby area was stylish and welcoming, providing a nice first impression.

The lack of a room service menu and uncomfortable banquet chairs were letdowns for some guests.

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. I was able to walk to AT&T Park and the Museum of Modern Art in no time. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a great selection of food. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs, making sure I had everything I needed for a satisfying meal.

The staff at Hyatt Regency were friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was fantastic, just a block away from the SFMOMA. We had a higher floor room with a nice view. The room lighting was perfect for working and reading in bed. The TV worked well.

In addition to the great location and service, this hotel had plenty of leisure facilities, including a fitness centre and a TV room with free Wi-Fi. The staff exemplified excellent customer service and hospitality, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. We also loved the dining options, including a restaurant and bar/lounge area. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The shower had mold and the towels appeared to be dirty. The staff's attitude was not helpful and made us feel uncomfortable. The noise level in the room was also very high, making it difficult to sleep at night.
