The poolside service was exceptional, especially from Heather, who took great care of guests. Our Oceanview room was basic but clean, and the staff made our stay memorable with their friendliness.

Rooms appear outdated!!! Access to facilities could be improved, especially for those on higher floors—one elevator isn't cutting it!!! Parking charges should be upfront to avoid unwelcome surprises!!! The noise from nearby rooms was quite disruptive!!!

The American pancakes here? Pure bliss! Also, I loved the comfortable bed and the stunning ocean view—just breathtaking!

Improvement could be made in housekeeping responsiveness, as our room cleaning was delayed on several occasions. This hotel is great for families looking for onsite entertainment and beach access.

This place was just a great fit for exploring town in Galveston with real value for money. The staff went out of their way to make my wife's birthday special, decorating our room with flowers and goodies. Check out the band at the lounge for some great live music!

I had a delightful stay, thanks to the friendly staff who made me feel at home. The bar's live music added a fun vibe to the evening, and the pool was refreshing after a sunny day on the beach. Remember to try the Pancakes for breakfast—they are just heavenly!

The queen room was nice and had a great view of the beach. Super comfy beds, which made for some quality sleep. It was awesome having a microwave and fridge in the room, too. Loved the patio for just chilling out. Only bummer was the hot tub wasn't working, but the pool was heated and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location right across the street from the beach! easy to walk out early for a stroll, and close to several eating spots (which is super convenient! ). Ivan at the pool bar was fantastic, so friendly and funny!
