We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. When I called the front desk in need of fresh towels due to illness, the manager personally delivered them and even took the time to empty the trash and provide new toiletries. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with the exception of some mildew stains in the shower that should be addressed. The breakfast was a hit with our family, especially the option to make our own waffles. The friendly and engaging staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Comfort Inn to friends and family. it was a great experience!

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was really nice, modern, and had a cozy layout with a separate couch area. The location was great, and we felt safe during our stay. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. the location seemed safe and there were many restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and check-in went smoothly.

The housekeeping was sloppy, with a room key and even a small bottle of liquor left behind in the room. There were also some repairs and cosmetic issues that needed attention.

The value for money at Comfort Inn was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a nice division between the bed and couch areas. The location was great too, with a safe and enjoyable area. The staff, especially Leah, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure a smooth check-in even when there was a slight issue with our reservation.

One small improvement for the breakfast options would be to include sugar-free maple syrup for the waffles. Additionally, it would be nice to have more variety in sugar-free and caffeine-free beverages available for purchase or in the vending machines.

The beds were not as comfortable as expected, being on the firm side even with the pillow top. the parking lot seemed to have limited spaces.

The Comfort Inn & Suites in Ankeny had a modern and well-maintained facility with a cozy king bed room. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of well-prepared food. Travelling by car, I felt at ease with the safekeeping of my bike.
