My stay at Fairfield Inn was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's surprise extra special, putting together a surprise basket for him. The breakfast offered was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The indoor pool, although a bit small, provided a fun and relaxing experience for our children. Despite one elevator being out of service during our stay, the friendly and helpful staff made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's renovation was impressive, and the cleanliness was noticeable upon check-in. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff members were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were a few issues that were a letdown during my weekend at the hotel. Secondly, the service was inconsistent;

During our stay at Fairfield Inn, we were pleased with the complimentary warm breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff in the morning was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself appeared to be updated and decently clean.

We were disappointed to find that the indoor pool was not heated, making it too cold to enjoy for more than a few minutes. Additionally, there were cleanliness issues in our room, such as a slow-draining sink and floating hair and particles in the pool.

Customer service A+, fresh infused water, nice breakfast with variety of fruit and eggs, Chobani yogurt, functional breakfast seating area.

I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn. The lobby was beautifully designed and the room layout was impressive. The large work desk in the room was a bonus. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread had a good variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for my event. I was more than pleased with my stay at Fairfield Inn and would highly recommend it.
