The hotel is in an excellent location, very central but surprisingly quiet. the bar is comfortable and well-stocked. the rooms are spacious and adequate. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

There was an issue with noise in the bar, as a couple were having a loud whisky lecture. the hotel could benefit from better soundproofing in the bar area.

What a fantastic find! The hotel's location is absolutely superb. Situated in the heart of Knightsbridge, it offers the best of both worlds - a quiet and posh neighborhood, yet surrounded by amazing shopping opportunities. I was thrilled to be just a stone's throw away from both Harvey Nichols and Harrods.

Although the room I stayed in was a bit small and outdated, the hotel made up for it with their thoughtful touches. Fresh fruits and bottled water every night made me feel pampered.

The friendly staff is always happy to make any drink you would like, providing a personalized touch that is lacking in larger, less personal places in the area. With its convenient location on the Picadilly Line of the tube, it's easy to explore popular destinations like Picadilly Circus or Covent Garden without having to change trains. The rooms are cozy, filled with elegant details like warm towel racks and a private tea service at night. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a safe and a full-length mirror in their room.

Loved the top quality traditional English rooms and the close proximity to Harrods. The doorman even escorted me to Harrods in the rain with an umbrella - Wow! The location is ideal, surrounded by nice little restaurants. The staff were friendly and the English breakfast was wonderful. They even have on-site parking, which is great if you're driving.

The rooms are spacious and the on-site bar offers a great selection of whiskeys. I highly recommend this hotel as a base for your London trips.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and offered exceptional service. They assisted us with theater tickets, car service, and train tickets to Paris. The concierge was excellent and provided us with great directions and even had a great sense of humor! The hotel's location was superb, just a short walk to Harrods, Hyde Park, the museums, and many other attractions. We were able to go for our daily run to Picadilly Circus and Covent Garden without having to change. The hotel facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a well-stocked buffet and cooked-to-order options. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.
