I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Dayton for a business trip. The room layout was fantastic, with a tucked away seating area that provided extra space for working or relaxing. The rooms were spotless and the staff was friendly and attentive. They promptly addressed any noise issues on our floor. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, especially with the waffle maker and variety of food options available. The hotel's clean and new appearance, along with its convenient location and parking arrangement, made my stay even more delightful.

My second stay at the Fairfield Inn was amazing! The staff at the front desk, particularly Lisa and the crew, provided prompt and professional customer service. The room was well-designed, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. The curtains were perfect for keeping the room dark, and I loved being able to adjust the temperature to get it nice and cold at night. The corner room was a nice touch, providing extra space and privacy. The motion-sensitive light in the bathroom was a thoughtful detail.

Although there were a couple of small drawbacks, such as the thin walls and noise from neighboring rooms, the hotel provided a noise machine to help mitigate the issue. Additionally, the TV noise from the neighboring rooms was noticeable, but it didn't majorly impact my overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were top-notch, providing excellent service from the valet to the front desk. They were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The lobby was beautiful and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location in midtown was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and great parking facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, from the spotless bathrooms to the well-maintained rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even helping us find a parking spot for our truck and trailer. We were impressed by the level of customer service and will definitely stay here again.

One of the major drawbacks of our stay was the noise level. the walls in the hotel were incredibly thin, allowing us to hear every conversation and action happening in the neighboring rooms.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise level in the morning. the vacuum cleaners started running early around our room, causing a disturbing amount of sound that lasted hours.

Absolutely wonderful staff, great customer service, super friendly, caring about guests, helpful with suggestions, welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel had a great location for the wedding we were attending nearby. The valet and front desk staff provided top-notch service. The room was new, clean, and had a great view of the ball park. The bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel also had a helpful coffee and tea set up in the lobby. Parking was easy in the adjacent parking structure.

Felt very relaxed, no reason to complain.
