I had a fantastic stay at this downtown hotel. The modern and well-planned room had plenty of storage, a large-screen TV, and comfortable lighting. The bed, linens, and towels were all very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the 24-hour coffee and tea available in the lobby.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was comfortable, with a nice city view from the balcony, and a huge bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with many restaurants and nightlife activities within walking distance. The staff at the front desk and valet were amazing, providing great recommendations and helpful information.

The breakfast option could have been better. Although there were decent choices, it fell short of expectations.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's complimentary Wi, Fi, which worked flawlessly throughout my stay. the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep, allowing me to fully relax during the holiday season. There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the bathtub faucet in my room was constantly running and despite my request, the staff was unable to resolve the issue or offer an alternative room.
