I stayed for three nights in a Studio King with Balcony and Sofa Bed. The room had potential but was let down by poor cleanliness and uncomfortable fold-out beds. Helpful staff would enhance the experience, but improvements in housekeeping and guest services are necessary. This hotel might be suitable for those simply looking for a place to sleep while exploring the area.

Consider parking one block away to save on high valet fees, but keep an eye out for cleanliness near entrance areas.

The location is a major advantage, with quick access to Sundance Square just a five-minute walk away, providing easy exploration. Cleanliness stood out in the King room, paired with a comfortable bed for restful nights. Breakfast offered a nice variety, and the coffee station added a welcoming touch, especially useful for early mornings. However, the slow elevator made navigating the property a hassle at times, and parking fees were noticeably high, prompting some to consider alternative options nearby.

The bar should really be open!!! A fitness center would be a good addition!!! Also, the missing vending machines and ice dispenser were a letdown!!! A little TLC for room maintenance would go a long way!!!

Breakfast was delicious , lots of options! The staff went above and beyond , especially the lady who handled breakfast. Loved chillin' on the outdoor patio too. Great vibes all around!

I got to check in early,, which was a lifesaver after a long day. Plus, the room was functional, clean,, and had a nice shower with great water pressure! Seriously, it felt like a little luxury during a busy work trip.

this place is super chill! the king room we had was cozy and modern, and loved the big screen tv. the outdoor seating area was a great spot to relax, and breakfast had lots of tasty options. staff was really nice, and everything was clean, too. location is perfect for walkin around downtown!

only issues were the high valet parking fees and a slow elevator that drove me nuts.

Location was fab with easy access to all the hot spots like Sundance Square and the Water Gardens! The staff was super friendly, really made my stay better! Breakfast had lots of choices, too!

Super comfy king room!

The king room I stayed in was really modern and cozy, with a huge TV and great lighting. I enjoyed hanging out in the bar/lounge area after a long day of exploring. Only thing that was kinda annoying was the slow elevator, took some time to get up and down! Overall, it felt like a perfect spot in the heart of the city.
