The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The breakfast, although missing a working pancake machine, was great. The location of the hotel was superb and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. a wonderful stay with a fantastic staff.

I especially loved the high-quality Dove products in the bathroom. It was a relief to find them since I had forgotten my own shampoo and conditioner. The staff, especially Eric at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Had a fabulous time during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the interstate and lots of nearby restaurants. the room was clean and well maintained, with a spacious bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the eating area was clean and the attendant made sure the food was always well-stocked.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the shower curtain rings were separating and had dirt on them, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness.
