During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious room and the excellent shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. the room provided ample space for me to relax and enjoy the holiday season. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, allowing easy access to popular attractions and dining options in the area. It was great to have everything I needed within reach during my stay.

I did have one minor issue during my stay. Although I understand the circumstances, it would have been nice if the staff had communicated this in advance or offered alternative options, such as trash service.

We got incredible value for our money with clean and spacious rooms, lots of TV channels, and a comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, with a great view of the valley from the parking lot and a bonus Cracker Barrel next door. The staff at Fairfield Inn By Marriott was excellent, friendly, and extremely helpful, especially since it was our first trip to West Virginia.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, with the food tasting a bit old and like it had been sitting out for a while. It would have been great to have fresher options and cleaner garbage cans.

The only thing that could have been better was the morning meal. The breakfast could have been improved with hotter eggs and sausage.

The hotel is conveniently located on a hill near a shopping center, which made it easy for us to grab some necessities for our weekend stay. We were in town for an indoor soccer tournament and the hotel’s location allowed us to quickly get to and from the venue. The room had plenty of space and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast provided plenty of options to start the day off right.

The AC unit was noisy and disruptive during the night.

From the moment we called ahead to the front desk staff's assistance upon arrival, their professionalism and helpfulness were exceptional. the room was spacious and the shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. We also enjoyed having the pool to ourselves, despite its small size.

The Fairfield Inn in Morgantown was a great place for a single night stay. After a long day of driving, their efficient reception made check-in a breeze. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with plenty of counter space. The location was also convenient, right off I-79 and near gas stations. A Starbucks in the nearby Target was a bonus. it was a comfortable stay and I would choose to stay here again.

We also appreciated that they provided full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in the shower, making it convenient for us. The hotel's location was excellent, situated on a commanding hilltop with breathtaking views of the north valley. Additionally, there were numerous restaurant choices within walking distance, which was perfect after a long 11-hour drive. we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn. It was the perfect stop on our journey home from Florida. The staff, especially Kenny in the breakfast room, were incredibly friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable and affordable. The breakfast was fully set up by 7AM, which is earlier than most places. We will definitely be looking for Fairfield Inns in the future.

The complimentary breakfast is decent, offering a good start to the day.

Some guests encountered a few maintenance issues during their stay, such as broken shower handles and non-functional lamps.

Database Location is difficult to leave during traffic. It takes a long time to get out, especially when traffic is coming up the hill.

This hotel has great value for the money, and it's conveniently located near the highway and a Cracker Barrel restaurant. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are beautifully decorated with updated furniture like a comfortable couch and a desk chair, and the breakfast selection is impressive with even scrambled eggs being buffet-style.

All the amenities were in good condition and the stay was pleasant.

The value for my money was excellent at Fairfield Inn. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, fresh cucumber water, and hot chocolate available 24/7. The location was great, with plenty of shopping areas and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to answer any questions and offer assistance.

The breakfast could have been improved by ensuring that there were always enough plates and napkins available.
