The pool area left much to be desired. it was small, often crowded, and the hot tub didn't maintain a satisfying temperature, making it less enjoyable. The parking lot design was frustrating for larger vehicles, and guests also had issues with noise from adjacent rooms, indicating that sound insulation could use improvement. Communication regarding pool availability was lacking, disappointing families looking forward to a swim, not to mention some delays with check-in that could sour initial impressions.

However, the pool was closed for renovations without any prior notice, leaving many disappointed, especially families looking to unwind after a long day. Guests also reported issues with noise from adjacent rooms, pointing to a need for better sound insulation. The awkwardly designed parking lot created challenges for vehicular access, which is frustrating for those with larger vehicles. Additionally, the water temperature in the hot tub was consistently underwhelming, detracting from what could have been a more enjoyable experience. During my stay, I appreciated the daily breakfast buffet, which had various hearty and healthy options. The staff's kindness stood out when I left an item behind. they promptly arranged for it to be shipped back to me. Being from Italy, I found the quiet location near numerous attractions enjoyable for exploring.
