Great stay with awesome staff

Really enjoyed the comfy room and the cool view of the mountains. Ziggy at the front desk was super helpful and made us feel welcome. The indoor pool was a hit with my son! Just found breakfast a bit crowded, and they could’ve used more help. everything was really nice!

The guest rooms and studio suites are so comfy and spacious, perfect for both work and relaxation. The luxurious bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. Plus, having free Wi-Fi, HDTVs, and mini-fridges in the room was super convenient for me as a traveler.

The banquet/presentation room's neon green and bright blue decor wasn't my cup of tea, but others might dig it.

The room had a fantastic view and a super comfy bed. The heated pool was a nice touch and not too warm. Breakfast was good, with a clean dining area.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel situated on a hill with a breathtaking view of Lookout Mountain. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel was surprisingly clean and neat, with no stained carpets. The staff was unnoticeable, super polite, very helpful, and very friendly. The location was quiet and peaceful. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions and had a beautiful view of surrounding mountains.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is a great value for money! The location is simply amazing, as it is high on a hill with a great view of Lookout Mountain from half of the rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities such as rooms with 2 double beds are spot-on. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay was a really nice touch!

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, high on a hill with great views of the surrounding area. The rooms were so comfortable and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator. We also really enjoyed the continental breakfast and the indoor swimming pool.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel with excellent service and amenities.

Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to the sites we wanted to see around Lookout Mountain. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered hot and fresh food. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, professional, personable, and friendly. They provided great suggestions for activities in this city. we were thrilled with the upgrades and the pleasant experience we had at this hotel.
