Had a super helpful maintenance guy named Albert who saved the day when we were struggling with our bags. They even sorted a points refund for us, which was a nice surprise!

The bathroom was a bit of a disaster, like it was auditioning for a horror film! All I can say is, thank goodness for Albert's heroics!

Checked in and found a snack bag waiting for me as a rewards member,, thought that was a nice touch. I enjoyed the breakfast spread, especially the fresh fruit. The waffles were decent too.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but the comfort level was acceptable.

Staff was friendly when available, but often hard to find. Room was clean and well-designed, making it a decent spot for family stays! 😊

The breakfast was truly a highlight with make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, and even oatmeal. The pool area was well-kept, and the staff were friendly whenever we needed assistance, even though they weren’t always around.

However, the carpet seemed like it had just survived a doggy fashion show, and I’m pretty sure the shower ceiling was auditioning for a horror film. Yikes!

The comfortable linens, the smart TV with streaming options, the cleanliness was superb.

Breakfast featured freshly baked croissants that added a nice touch to the morning. Unfortunately, there were issues with the air conditioning that made the room uncomfortable during the night, and the bathroom could have used some maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the service was excellent overall, particularly the attention from staff.

This was just a good pick for a short stay in Council Bluffs with a good price-quality ratio. The room I stayed in was nice and clean, which made my long drive much easier. Make sure to check out the breakfast. it’s really good and offers a nice variety.

The bathroom could use a bit more attention in cleaning though
