My recent stay at Fairfield Inn in Spring was excellent! I was in town for a business conference and stayed for three nights. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond their duties. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Woodlands. The hotel even had a bathroom in the pool area, which was a smart and convenient feature. The free breakfast provided a nice variety of options and was a great way to start the day. a great experience!

As foreign tourists, we loved the immaculately clean rooms and common areas. The friendly and efficient staff made us feel welcome. The hotel also impressed us with how well they handled a wedding reception party. We enjoyed the small gym for a decent workout and the hot breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. The location near The Woodlands was convenient for us.

Felt very homey, nothing to complain about.

The receptionist allowed me to check in early and the check-in process was easy. the room was comfortable and had a great flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the fact that the AC cooled the room to my liking once I figured out how to use the thermostat. Additionally, they offered coffee in the lobby throughout the day, which was a nice touch.

There were a few things that could be improved. the shower head in the bathroom needs to be changed as the water was spraying all over the place, making it difficult to have a good shower.

The check-in was a breeze, complimentary breakfast was great with bacon omelets, fresh fruit, and more. The pool and jacuzzi with the beautiful waterfall were wonderful. The staff, including the receptionist and night desk clerk, were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a flat-screen TV.

As a couple, we loved the friendly staff, continental breakfast, pool, and gym. The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a pain-free stay.

The area surrounding the hotel was not particularly scenic or pedestrian-friendly, and I did not feel comfortable walking alone at night. the walls were quite thin and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The team is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job every other day. The rooms and common areas are kept impeccably clean. The gym is small but functional. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options.

The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location near stores and restaurants in the area for a NCAA Championship event was convenient for us. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available.
