The bed and pillows were comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. the room was also clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the breakfast offered a decent menu with a variety of options. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized and the front desk staff was not very helpful. They seemed overwhelmed and lacked professionalism.

The basic amenities in the room, including two queen beds, are comfortable and convenient for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast included offers a variety of options to start the day off right.

A Nice Surprise: The front desk staff at Fairfield Inn were friendly and welcoming, providing a speedy check-in. They even invited us to enjoy complementary late afternoon beverages and snacks in the dining area, which was a pleasant surprise.

Superb: It took me some time to realize that I had to reset the AC to cool the room enough to be comfortable. However, once I figured it out, the rest of the trip was very comfortable.

Furthermore, the hotel's close proximity to the town center allowed us easy access to explore and enjoy the city's attractions. Lastly, we were thoroughly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

Impressed with attentive staff during a snow storm. After being stranded in Benji Snow Storm, the hotel staff provided us with warm chili and sandwiches. Rooms were comfortable, gym was great, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. I recommend staying at this hotel.
