I recently stayed at Hotel Hor Europe for a short trip in Paris. The location near Gare du Nord was ideal for catching trains and exploring the city. The room was lovely and had a pretty street view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. They even allowed me to leave my bag after check-out and provided complimentary coffee. The modern boutique feel of the hotel was also a nice touch. a really friendly and lovely hotel.

The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a warm welcome to the city. the free hot drinks were a nice touch and we appreciated being able to check in early. the room was comfortable and equipped with a nice variety of tea options. the location was convenient for accessing the train stations and finding our way around the city.

The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe in the evenings, which made it uncomfortable to venture out on our own. the coffee machine in the room used milk powder instead of real milk, which was a disappointment.

We had a lovely romantic break with two complimentary services that made us feel truly pampered. the hotel's prime location near the train station made our arrival seamless and we had easy access to explore the city's best sights. Our room was nicely decorated and had a great view of the courtyard, which we enjoyed while sipping a hot drink before bed.

We had trouble sleeping because the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We also noticed a few areas in the hotel that could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is superb. It's conveniently located close to the train station; a perfect point to explore the city. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. Despite the noisy streets, the rooms were quiet to ensure a good night sleep. I highly recommend Hor Europe.
