The staff at Fairfield Inn were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort during our stay. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including gluten-free choices. We also enjoyed the pool and spa pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic - a king bed with a fold-out couch bed, set up like an apartment with two TVs. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even helped me ship a pillow I left behind. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient, close to multiple food places and attractions in the San Antonio area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Schertz and had a great experience. The breakfast offered at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was just minutes away from some of the best shopping in San Antonio. The convenience of being able to walk to ten different restaurants in less than five minutes was also a major plus.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. The pool area was not as clean as I would have liked, with cigarette butts and spent bandaids found around.

Clean room, comfortable beds, excellent setup like an apartment with 2 TVs, friendly staff, great location near family. Good shower, decent quality TV and channel selection, fridge and microwave worked well.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making our quick stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a decent variety, and we appreciated having multiple pillows available in the room. We also liked that there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including Chili's.

Not only that, but the hotel was also easily accessible from the freeway, making it convenient for my travels to the nearby attractions. The staff was exceptional, ensuring that my room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide array of options to start my day off right.

That the sink in my room didn't drain very well. When I informed the staff at check out, their response was merely okay.

During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn, I was delighted by the variety and quality of the breakfast options. Each morning, I had a plethora of choices from fruit to waffles to scrambled eggs. The availability of different types of sausages and bacon was a pleasant surprise. In addition, the milk options of 2% and skim, as well as the variety of juices, made for a refreshing start to my day. The rooms were impeccably cleaned daily, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. While I didn't get a chance to use the pool, I noticed that it could have used a bit of cleaning. Despite that, the overall experience was superb.
