I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic - a king bed with a fold-out couch bed, set up like an apartment with two TVs. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even helped me ship a pillow I left behind. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient, close to multiple food places and attractions in the San Antonio area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Schertz and had a great experience. the breakfast offered at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was just minutes away from some of the best shopping in San Antonio. the convenience of being able to walk to ten different restaurants in less than five minutes was also a major plus.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the pool area was not as clean as I would have liked, with cigarette butts and spent bandaids found around.

One positive aspect of my stay was that the room itself was clean. It looked tidy and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient. It was close to key places I needed to go to, such as restaurants and shops. That made it easy for me to get around and explore the area. Overall though, despite these positive aspects, I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the major issues I encountered.

I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Secondly, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a long day of travel. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, surrounded by a variety of restaurants to choose from for meals. Lastly, the breakfast offered was satisfying and had a good range of options to choose from.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn, I was delighted by the variety and quality of the breakfast options. Each morning, I had a plethora of choices from fruit to waffles to scrambled eggs. The availability of different types of sausages and bacon was a pleasant surprise. In addition, the milk options of 2% and skim, as well as the variety of juices, made for a refreshing start to my day. The rooms were impeccably cleaned daily, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. While I didn't get a chance to use the pool, I noticed that it could have used a bit of cleaning. Despite that, the overall experience was superb.

The breakfast was delicious and had options for both my vegan diet and my boyfriend's non-vegan preferences. Our room was impeccably clean and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The highlight of our stay was when I accidentally left my temper pedic pillow behind. The staff took the time to help ship it back to my home. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness. Thank you, Fairfield Inn and Suites, for a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in San Antonio for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The room was amazing, with comfortable furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself was very nice, with a lovely décor and a friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The value was also impressive, especially considering the complimentary breakfast, which had great options for both my vegan diet and my boyfriend's non-vegan preferences. a great experience.
