Clean, spacious room with friendly and helpful staff. the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle were convenient amenities. the hotel's location near an Outback Steakhouse and within walking distance to other restaurants was a bonus.

The shower doors in the room needed some attention, as water pooled outside.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was not only comfortable but also clean and modern, with a large walk-in shower and a really comfortable bed. The staff members were friendly and provided exceptional service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the airport. The shuttle service was a bonus, with helpful and friendly drivers always ready to assist.

A great hotel to stay at in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by luxury apartments. Close to J Alexander's restaurant for a great meal. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent bedding and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided a shuttle to the airport and a computer and work space to use after checkout at midday. The breakfast buffet was good too.

Lack of secure storage for suitcases for early check-in or late checkout.

The customer service associates at this hotel are top-notch. From Jessica to Alex, Lue, Alleson, and Ramon, along with the housekeeping staff. The staff here always have smiling faces and are quick to attend to any needs. They truly make you feel welcome throughout your stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and helpful front desk staff. We had a small issue with our door lock but it was promptly resolved by maintenance. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
