I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites for four nights during my business trip. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room design with a mini kitchen was perfect for my needs, and the breakfast looked and smelled amazing every morning. The waffles were huge and fluffy, and I regret not being able to try them. The heat and AC worked great, and the bed was just the right balance of comfort.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the location of our accommodation. It was conveniently situated next to a police station, which made us feel safe, and it was a short drive to all the places we needed to visit. Additionally, we found the room spacious and comfortable, with plenty of sitting and table space for our family. The bathroom was clean and tidy, providing us with all the necessary toiletries for our stay. Breakfast had a decent selection, and we enjoyed borrowing some games to play outside.

The room temperature was a minor disappointment. We couldn't adjust the AC to our preference.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and were pleased by the complementary hot chocolate and cookies. the hotel was situated next to a shopping mall and a Christmas market, which made it ideal for some last-minute gift shopping. the room had a fireplace, which created a cozy atmosphere from the cold weather.

The staff was not very helpful when we asked for directions to the local attractions. the breakfast was a huge letdown, eggs were overcooked and bacon was cold.

During our recent stay at a hotel in San Antonio, my partner and I were delighted by the wonderful experience we had at Towneplace Suites. The hotel was incredibly clean, and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout our stay.

Spacious rooms with kitchen features, plus clean and odor-free. Hot breakfast with various options available until 9 a.m., with free dinner on select days. Fitness room and pool available, although not used. Within a three-mile shuttle ride from the area.
