the breakfast was cute but a bit lacking, honestly. health-conscious options? non-existent. to top it off, my luxurious room was near the laundry facility, so I woke up to industrial noises. woudl it have killed them to offer a room upgrade or somthing for the inconvenience? almost wrote a nice review but just couldn’t.

Request extra towels upon check-in if staying multiple nights to avoid daily trips to the front desk. Breakfast has good options, including individually wrapped items.

I had a fantastic stay where the friendly staff and clean rooms made me feel right at home, and being just about 1 km from Hanes Mall meant I could easily stroll over for a shopping spree or a bite to eat at nearby restaurants like Olive Garden or Taco Bell, which was super convenient for my weekend explorations.

During my stay for a weekend soccer tournament, I appreciated the quick response of the staff when we encountered minor issues with the TV and microwave. they changed our room promptly for our comfort. The breakfast bar had a nice variety, including scrambled eggs and sausage, though a few more healthy options would have been great. Overall, the spacious room with two queen beds was perfect for my family of four. Being close to the BB&T Soccer Complex made it super convenient for us to get to our games.

Housekeeping was hit or miss during my stay.

Had a decent sleep and the staff were pretty friendly. But the breakfast was a bit lacking—no real variety for different diets. Overall, sweet as stay, just could improve the brekkie.

The staff here were absolutely lekka! Reme and Dana went out of their way to make us feel special, giving us a swanky jr. suite upon arrival. Also, the housekeeping team was on point, making sure everything was spotless. Just felt so at home after a long trip!

Only downside was that the mini fridge was not as cold as I’d hoped, but no biggie really.
