Lupe even took the time to locate and send back a lost diary, showing their dedication to exceptional service. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the navy pier and downtown attractions. Ariana, the staff member at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and professionalism, making our stay memorable.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the location was excellent for walking. The room was larger than usual with beautiful views of the lake, beach, and city. The bathroom was elegant with a rainwater shower head. The hotel offered an upgrade to their Gold floor, which included access to the gold lounge with free drinks, food, and espresso coffee. The concierge was helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the city after-hours, as it was within walking distance of downtown and close to popular attractions like the Field Museum, the Museum of Science and Industry, the Aquarium, and the Art Institute. The staff, especially the concierge Alex, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Alex was incredibly helpful, always willing to make reservations and provide recommendations with a sincere smile.

We loved the prime location of this hotel, as it was within easy walking distance to everything. We could visit Millenium Park, the Art Institute, Michigan Avenue shopping, and a variety of restaurants all without needing a car. The view from our room on the 25th floor was absolutely stunning. The staff here were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. They even went above and beyond when I had an accident and required ER care, assisting me in finding a hospital and showing genuine concern for my well-being. We were truly touched by their kindness. The hotel itself had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a comfortable bed and a nice TV. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Upon my return, I found a note from the manager and a dish of fresh fruit in my room. The caring attitude of the staff and their genuine concern for my welfare touched me deeply. The Fairmont truly values their guests' well-being and goes the extra mile to make a difference. The location is great, and the views are incredible. The Fairmont is my only choice in Chicago.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont! The Gold Suite was absolutely amazing, with beautiful views and access to the luxurious Gold Lounge. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapes in the lounge were outstanding. The staff in the Gold Lounge were professional and accommodating, even surprising us with a voucher for our favorite beer after hearing about a nearby restaurant closure. Our suite was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was comfortable and spacious enough, and I loved the fitness room equipment and friendly staff. The doormen were always welcoming and I appreciated being able to check in early.
