I recently stayed at Fairmont in Santa Monica for a leisure trip, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff, especially Osmar at Bell Man, was incredibly professional and helpful. The food at Fig restaurant was of excellent quality, and I loved the outdoor gym. As a Fairmont rewards member, I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, providing a stunning view of the ocean and pool area. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous fig tree in front. this is easily one of my favorite Fairmont hotels.

I recently spent my Easter weekend at this hotel and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. the first thing that caught my attention were the stunning views from my balcony. I witnessed the most breathtaking sunset ever, overlooking the Pacific and the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains in the distance. It was truly a memorable moment. Another aspect that I loved about this hotel was the exceptional facilities. the restaurants served delicious food, the pool was refreshing, and the overall atmosphere was top-notch. And let's not forget the prime location! It was right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by world-class shopping and just steps away from the beach. I even took advantage of the complimentary mountain bikes provided by the hotel and had a great time exploring the area along the shoreline.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like about my stay. the room had some maintenance issues.

Enjoy a prime location steps away from the beach and in close proximity to everything that the city has to offer. Beautiful views of the ocean can be enjoyed from some rooms and balconies. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, well-appointed and modern with some special touches like high quality marble and Le Labo Rose amenities.

One small inconvenience that some guests encountered was slow room service and waiting times for some amenities.

Well-kept accommodations and convenient check-in process. Great location near the beach and historical sights. The property has charming aesthetics and a range of amenities for comfort. Friendly and accommodating staff on hand. Guests recommend for a relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful beach views from our little balcony. The location was perfect, being close to both the beach and the Third Street Promenade. We loved exploring the shopping, dining, and experiences in the renovated area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the center of this city made it convenient for us to explore the area.

the luxury amenities surpassed my expectations. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I indulged in a facial at the Spa & wellness centre, which was a fantastic experience. the location was ideal; I enjoyed a short walk to the beachfront.

My room was slightly noisy due to the thin windows, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Despite this minor issue, the staff's attentive service and the hotel's beautiful garden area made this hotel the perfect getaway.

The hotel staff treated us like VIPs and upgraded our room upon check-in. the room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with high quality furniture. the service throughout the hotel was outstanding, with quick response times to our requests. the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the servers were friendly and attentive. We also loved the hotel's amenities, including the pool and spa.

The noise. Our room was located near a nightclub, which was quite loud and disrupted our sleep.

The complimentary beach service on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays was a great added bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the pier. We also appreciated the assistance of Zoe in scheduling beach appointments. The temperature upon arrival was a comfortable 60-65 degrees. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My go-to hotel in LA. The Fairmont in Santa Monica has the perfect location, just steps away from the beautiful beach and a short drive to West Hollywood. The service is exceptional, the food is delicious, and the cocktails by the pool are a must. Highly recommend and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close enough to the popular attractions but still offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

One downside was that we had to pay for coffee each morning in the lobby, which was a bit frustrating considering the premium price we paid for our stay. Additionally, there were some inconsistencies in the quality of the hotel rooms, and some guests were disturbed by late-night music from a nearby club, depending on their room location.
