The panoramic views of the 9/11 memorial park and its surroundings from the rooftop restaurant were truly breathtaking. I was mesmerized by the serene beauty and the historical significance of the area. One memorable experience was enjoying a delicious meal while gazing out at the iconic One World Trade Center and the Statue of Liberty National Monument. The hotel's thoughtful amenities and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

Had a FANTASTIC STAY with a spacious balcony overlooking the WTC monuments. Service was excellent & the breakfast had a beautiful view on! Would choose it again! the place looks even better than in photos. Highly recommend!

The view from the room was stunning, especially at night, totally worth it! The room had a microwave, so we could heat up snacks easily for a quick bite. The round-the-clock coffee, tea, and hot water on the ground floor were a very nice touch. The only downside was a bit of noise from neighboring rooms, but hey, can't expect everyone to be silent, right? 🌃

This place got me hooked on the fried fish like a local at Bill's Bar & Burger, and ruchi's flavors had me feeling like a culinary queen. The staff, especially Spencer and Javir, were top-notch, making our stay as bright as the city lights. The family room setup was bangin' with comfy beds and dark vibes to snooze in. Plus, that rooftop view was fire!

Whoopsie on the crib mix-up, but at least they waived the facilities fee like a boss. And girl, don't even get me started on the shower struggles—it was like a rollercoaster between icy cold and fiery hot!

We had a great view from our room and the location was excellent, right across from a major landmark. the staff were generally helpful and responsive.

Our room was not as clean as expected, with stains on the carpet and desk. We had issues with the amenities, as there was only one of everything for two guests and even the toilet paper looked half-used.

The breakfast and snacks were delicious, and we loved the water system on every floor. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable, and the view of the WTC memorial site from the bed was amazing. The hotel was clean and the staff, especially Kevin, were fantastic. The location was great, with easy access to upscale shopping and waterfront dining. The hotel also had 24-hour coffee, tea, and hot water service, as well as a microwave in the room for added convenience. The view of the 911 memorial was worth it, especially at night.

Felt spoiled, no complaints.
