My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The room was comfortable and the furnishings were exactly what you would expect from a first-class hotel. We had a late arrival and were delighted by the delicious treats that room service delivered, especially the signature crème brule served in a coconut shell. The breakfast at the open-air patio restaurant was a delightful experience, with a wonderful omelet and fresh fruit surrounded by beautiful flowers and a view of the beach. We also had an incredible dinner at the Japanese fusion restaurant, indulging in unlimited sushi and sake. The Fairmont Orchid truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay perfect in every way!

Located in a sunny area of Hawaii, the hotel provides easy access to popular attractions such as Tommy Bahamas restaurant. Guests can also enjoy the nearby golf course and explore other locations in the area. The rooms offer comfortable accommodations and breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The service is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Additionally, the hotel boasts a great pool area, a well-equipped spa, and complimentary activities for the whole family.

As foreign tourists, we loved the upgraded ocean view Queen suite with pleasant decor and comfortable ambiance. The staff was exceptional and provided sincere hospitality, ensuring our requests for towels, coffee, and restaurant reservations were promptly attended to. The resort's fantastic facilities, including access to the shoreline trail and ancient ponds, offered plenty of activities without having to leave the resort area. The location was excellent, and the stunning grounds added to the overall appeal.

Rooms are not up to par with a 5, star rating. Lack of umbrellas on the beach and limited shaded areas by the pool during the hot and sunny weather.

The hotel is beautifully located, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. the facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and well-maintained grounds. One of the best aspects was the outstanding service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is quite large, resulting in long walks from the front desk to the rooms. the lobby area could benefit from a cooling system, as it can get very hot.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The beach was private and not crowded, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling with sea turtles and tropical fish right on-site. The dining options around the hotel were amazing, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond, especially Lynn at the front desk and Derek at the beachside bar. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the activities on the west coast and the beautiful south beach. We also enjoyed relaxing in the cabanas with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful beach area that was not overcrowded. the views were stunning, and being able to snorkel right off the beach was a highlight. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived. They were always ready to assist with any requests and provided excellent service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, offering a wide selection of treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun. Access to the beach was convenient and the live entertainment provided entertainment in the evenings. My massage and facial were both fantastic, and the in-room breakfast was delicious.

The only minor issue was the packed lunch I ordered that didn't include the special diet menu options I had requested. the staff were apologetic and quickly provided me with a suitable alternative.
