I stayed at this charming B&B on my way to a family wedding. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the inn's history. Convenient parking right across the street. Delicious peach cobbler upon arrival and excellent breakfast on the porch. Great location near all the points of interest, with lovely parks for rest along the way. The property, room, and staff were excellent, and the concierge was very helpful. Also, loved the candies in the dish!

Despite the cleanliness issues, there were some positive aspects to our stay. The size of the room and bathroom was impressive and allowed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, situated near a beautiful park. This provided a picturesque setting and convenient access to outdoor activities. Another advantage we enjoyed was the historical charm and decor of the hotel. It truly felt like stepping back in time and added to the overall experience of staying in an older home.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major disappointment. The exterior of the building was in need of maintenance and cleaning, with peeling paint and dirty windows.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location, just a stone's throw from the city's popular attractions. You can easily reach several historic squares around town or the riverfront even during the late evening hours. Also, directly across the street from the largest park offers a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful stately old mansion overlooking Forsyth Park. The southern front veranda was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or tea, and the homemade cobbler by Eric was a delightful treat. The location was ideal, within walking distance to all historical sites. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Eric who served delicious breakfasts. Our suite was spacious and cozy, with modern amenities but a charming "Old South" feel. The private garden with fairy lights and a fishpond was simply amazing.
