The elevator was out of service during my stay, causing inconvenience!!! Toilets rocked side to side, and cleanliness was severely lacking with filthy floors!!! Management needs to step it up!!!

Rooms were lekker tidy and newly updated with comfy beds. The brekkie had fresh fruit and baked cookies in the evening—definitely nice surprises!

The brekkie scene was a bit chaotic with too many guests and not enough seating, leading to some kids lose it. so not the best start to the day.

The front desk staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast offerings included cereals, waffles, and hot options like scrambled eggs. The rooms had mini-fridges and convenient access to a microwave. Location was ideal for Adventhealth fieldhouse, with many restaurants and Walmart nearby. Shafts of light peeked through the curtains in my cozy room. 🛏️

I stayed in a King Room for two nights. While the room was clean and the complimentary breakfast had good options, the noise from foot traffic near the reception was disruptive. The gap between the door and frame could be improved to enhance soundproofing. Great for those looking for a convenient location near attractions.

Our stay at Hampton Inn Winter Haven was like a delightful family reunion in a giant marshmallow. cozy and sweet! The room was amazing, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had lately – waffles galore! We even had the pool all to ourselves, making it a peaceful mini-vacation for my son and us. Can I just say, it felt like a hidden gem waiting for us to discover it on our adventure to Legoland!

Minor cleanliness issues.

The location is great, especially if you're planning a

trip to Legoland, which is just a few miles away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had some gluten-free options that were a nice surprise.

Loved having popcorn at night and lots of restaurants nearby. The cleanliness made my stay super comfy!

I loved how welcoming everyone was during my stay, especially the gal at breakfast who chatted while I munched on some delicious waffles! The room was comfy, and the location was perfect for heading out to local spots. A bit of noise from the hall made it hard to sleep, though.

Wi-fi was reliable, but the elevator was down, causing issues for my father.

We had a lovely stay with quick check-in and enjoyed our time in the outdoor swimming pool after a long day. There were plenty of sun loungers around for relaxing, which was a nice touch. The only downside was a bit of an initial chilly vibe from the welcome, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊
