Convenient location for the Muse concert, in a busy area with shops, restaurants and a mall. The hotel room and bathroom were clean with comfortable beds, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and bar on site. Elevators were always quick.

The internet connection was not reliable and towels were small.

Loved the location of this hotel! Only a short Uber ride away from downtown Nashville. Even better was the suite we had, which had two full bathrooms! The pull-out sofa was really comfortable too. Plus, the food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered great amenities, including a fitness room and a pool. the location was convenient, being close to downtown Nashville. One of the best aspects of my stay was the fast and reliable internet connection, which was perfect for streaming movies and playing games on my PS4.

The service at the hotel was sub-par. the front desk staff seemed disinterested and made mistakes during check-in.

Stayed at the Four Points hotel in Nashville and had an excellent experience. The location was perfect, close to the interstate and yet quiet. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything was brand new. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice. The nearby dining options and grocery store were convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay in Nashville.

The room size was good, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location is convenient, within a 20-minute drive to various attractions. The front desk manager was kind enough to provide an early check-in, and the staff service during breakfast was excellent. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate a nap time request for my toddler.

The workout area, TV, friendly staff, delicious room service dinner, clean room upon arrival and everyday.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Brentwood, just off the highway. The hotel was in a nice office park area, with live entertainment nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room with a double bed was clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room. The linens were replaced daily, even though the hotel had a "green" policy. Additionally, breakfast was included at a reasonable price, perfect for starting the day.

All was well during my stay.

The location of Four Points in Brentwood was perfect for me. There were plenty of eateries and shops nearby, and I found it very convenient with easy access to the interstate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when there was a tornado during my stay. Despite the power outage caused by the storm, they managed to get the power back on within a reasonable amount of time. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated that the property was accommodating and that the room was a good size. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I also loved that everything I needed was within a short drive from the hotel. I had a great experience in Brentwood and recommend exploring Old Hickory Road.

The distance to Downtown, Nashville Zoo, and the Grand Ole Opry were all roughly 20 minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
