I recently stayed at The Joseph for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The valet service was efficient and the attention to detail was impressive. The highlight of the property was the rooftop pool, and I must mention Prianna at the front desk. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities. I am already planning my next trip back to The Joseph to fully experience all it has to offer.

The hotel's location was perfect for accessing all the tourist sites and attractions, including the Nissan Stadium and Ryman Theatre, where we walked to see Ed Sheeran. The staff were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and they even provided complimentary bottles of water whenever we asked.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was if there had been another side table in the room for more than one breakfast tray. Everything else about the breakfast was great, but this small detail would have made it even more convenient.
