Great match for a city holiday in Orlando with fantastic value for money. Clean room and hotel.

During our extended stay in Orlando, Florida, we thoroughly enjoyed the fitness center at the hotel. Featuring a range of cardio machines, free weights, and yoga balls, it was a great way to stay active and energized during our family vacation. The fitness center provided a convenient and enjoyable opportunity to maintain our health and well-being, adding extra value to our time at the hotel.

My wife says that the kids wished for a larger swimming pool, suitable for families with children.

The outside of the hotel caught our eye immediately. Conveniently located near Universal/City Walk and SeaWorld. Lots of dining options nearby. Friendly staff and comfy bed, but the room was small and not completely clean. AC was loud, and we missed having a fridge. Overall, a decent stay close to the parks.

The hotel's beautiful lobby and cozy sitting areas made me feel right at home. The decoration was warm and inviting, and the general areas were easily accessible for senior people. The staff was kind and always willing to assist, making my stay comfortable and pleasant.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff were more mindful of maintaining a quieter and more respectful environment for all guests.

During my transit through Orlando, I stayed at Four Points By Sheraton Orlando International Drive. Its convenient location, just 15 km from Church Street and 25 km from Orlando International Airport, made it a suitable choice for a brief stay. The stylish rooms and amenities, including flat-panel TVs and ergonomic workstations, provided a comfortable and convenient experience.

My stay was marred by a few issues. I encountered a roach in my room, and despite requesting the body wash dispenser to be refilled multiple times, it was never done.

Stylish rooms with flat-panel TVs, ergonomic workstations, and pillowtop mattresses topped with soft duvets. The rooms were so cozy that I felt like I was in a cloud. It was like sleeping on a marshmallow! The work area was perfect for getting some work done or watching my favorite shows.

The AC window unit would squeal or squeak when turning on/off.

I stayed at Four Points for a family trip and it was perfect. The location is amazing, with a mini golf course right in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have beautiful city views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Osama in the restaurant who made us feel very welcome.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and a short drive to popular attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area was well-maintained and not too crowded. The complimentary shuttle service to Universal was reliable and convenient.

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum and found it ideal for business travelers with its 10 event rooms and the largest ballroom accommodating up to 130 people. The hotel's services and facilities, including the 24-h reception, restaurant, lounge bar, A/C.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated printer and fax machine in the business center to handle urgent document printing and sending.

We had a fantastic time at Four Points! The front desk staff and concierge were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We accidentally booked a King only room, but they quickly switched us to a 2 queen room without any hassle. It was my son's 10th birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. They surprised him with a special birthday surprise in our room, and even had a personalized birthday card signed by the staff. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the theme parks and I-Drive. The beds were comfy and we slept well. it was a wonderful experience and the hotel definitely deserves five stars!

The breakfast bar could have used more attention, as some of the food items were not warm. Furthermore, the hotel could improve on their towel and room cleaning services.

the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean, which was a great plus. the location of the hotel on Idrive was excellent as it was within walking distance to Universal Studios, taking only 15 minutes or 0.7 miles. it served as a convenient and pleasant base for our visit to Universal Studios.
