Check-in was smooth. Super friendly staff, especially Jenna and Nicole. Our room was spacious and clean with a stunning ocean view, balcony, and a nice dining area. Amenities included a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Breakfast was tasty! The beach had tons of shells, and sun loungers made relaxing easy.

The room had a nice oceanfront view, which was a highlight for me since I couldn’t go on the beach. The bed was comfortable but the room felt cramped with my scooter. The elevator was small, making it tricky to fit everything. I needed more towels and wash rags, as they seemed limited. The bathroom had a cracked sink and a malfunctioning shower, which was disappointing. There were issues with cleanliness, including bugs and dampness. Staff was friendly, especially Nicki, who made sure I had an oceanfront room. the atmosphere was enjoyable despite some challenges.

The staff was friendly and the beach access was perfect. The elevator situation was frustrating, often waiting over 10 minutes.

Proximity to the Boardwalk and restaurants is excellent, and I enjoyed the Oceandeck’s beach party vibe. significant flaws persist. Room service was lacking despite multiple requests, and a narrow parking lot created issues. The elevators, while clean, are small; waits can be frustrating. Our bathroom lacked a vanity, complicating morning routines. Noise from the bar can be disruptive. Breakfast left much to be desired, and the unexpected parking fee was unwelcome. The management should rethink their operations to align better with customer expectations.

The ironing facilities were not provided and we had to request them from the front desk. The heating and air conditioning in our room worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing. We appreciated the garden furniture available for us to relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were a few issues with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. We had to ask for additional towels and wash rags multiple times, which was a bit inconvenient. While there were shops and commercial services nearby, we found that the laundry facilities were limited and we had to wait to use them. Unfortunately, we missed out on any happy hour offerings during our stay.

The location was absolutely perfect—steps from the beach and buzzing with fun! The staff treated us like family, and breakfast had the tastiest options! We loved lounging by the beautiful pool, soaking up the sun every day.

The location was fantastic as it was right by the beach, making it super convenient for relaxation and fun in the sun. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always providing extra toiletries promptly upon request. Additionally, the security guard went above and beyond to assist with parking, showing great customer service.

There were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Housekeeping didn't consistently clean the rooms, and there were cosmetic damages present.

This hotel is just steps away from the famous Daytona Beach, making it super easy to enjoy long strolls by the water or relax on the soft sand, while the nearby Ocean Deck restaurant and the Daytona Beach Main Street Pier are only a short walk away, offering fantastic dining and entertainment options; plus, the hotel has a nice pool and deck area, good breakfast, and friendly staff that really enhance the experience. However, parking can get crowded at times, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Came back from a long day out to find our room flooded. The front desk staff acted clueless and offered no help. We spent hours mopping up water and dealing with bugs in a dirty room. Disappointing!

The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, although the line was long on one morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager who waived a parking fee discrepancy for us. We appreciated the convenience of the hotel's proximity to restaurants and attractions.
