I recently stayed at the Sheraton Suites in Philadelphia for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionist who checked me in quickly to the accommodating shuttle driver who made sure I got to the airport on time. The hotel itself was inviting and had a great atmosphere. I appreciated the convenience of having an ice machine and drink machine on my floor, so I didn't have to go down to the lobby for refreshments. my stay was pleasant and hassle-free.

The location is perfect for those visiting the University of Pennsylvania, and being close to the airport is also a plus. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with comfortable beds and even a sofa bed.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with two key aspects. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service, which was a great convenience for getting to and from the airport. Secondly, the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for me to relax during my stay. Additionally, I enjoyed the convenience of having an on-site restaurant, where I could enjoy a delicious meal without having to venture out in search of dining options.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I found disappointing. the hotel staff seemed unhelpful and unaccommodating.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, close to the airport but still quiet. The staff was amazing; their hospitality was truly exceptional. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, in-room safe. The dining options were excellent with a restaurant, bar/lounge, and snack bar all available.

This place is highly recommended for families.

As a solo traveler, I loved the fantastic staff, always with a smile, and the helpfulness of the check-in counter ladies. The security staff was also great. Highly recommended! The location near the airport was convenient, and the ability to stay as a family with a separate bedroom and queen bed for the kids was a plus. The king suite was spacious, tastefully furnished, and clean. The fitness room had everything I needed for a good workout.

This hotel is a great value for money and located very close to the airport without the noise. The staff is excellent and they pay great attention to detail in the rooms. It was great to have complementary breakfast and WiFi during our Easter stay. the hotel's location near the airport and public transportation made it easy to get around. On top of that, the view from our room was amazing, providing the perfect backdrop for our Easter celebrations.

Our experience was marred by several negatives. the cleanliness of the room was questionable, with dirty floors that left us constantly worrying about our young ones.

Spacious room, well-appointed, comfortable, friendly staff, remembered us from previous stay, enjoyed bar/restaurant.
