We stayed near the airport, which was great for our early flight. The location was convenient with a supermarket and gas station nearby. The room was clean and modern with good bathroom amenities.

The pool was small and not suitable for swimming or a relaxing dip.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities like a TV with Netflix and Youtube. The breakfast options were also impressive. the gym and pool looked very clean and enjoyable.

The customer service was very disappointing. They did not make up the second bed for our children and refused to send someone to do it.

Our room was spacious and well-designed, with a wonderful bathroom. The hotel is close to Disney World and local stores and restaurants. We appreciated the convenience of having a 7-Eleven and a supermarket nearby. Despite a slight mix-up with housekeeping, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with any additional items we needed. we highly recommend staying at Springhill Suites By Marriott Orlando Lake Nona.
