My stay at this hotel was a great value for money. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel is located in an excellent area, close to all the city sites, making it convenient for guests to explore. The staff was courteous and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, especially with the mattress. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel also served a delicious breakfast with hot brewed coffee, a perfect way to start the day.

All was fine.

I absolutely loved the comfortable bed and the great TV in my room. The temperature control was perfect, ensuring a pleasant stay. The Egg White Omelet with veggies that I had for breakfast was incredibly delicious. The waitress provided excellent service and had lively conversations with me. Additionally, the shuttle service was always accommodating and made getting around a breeze. Lastly, the lobby fireplace added a cozy and welcoming touch to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of hot and cold buffet foods to choose from. The seating area had a nice view of the water and autumn-colored leaves. The king size room was beautiful, with hardwood floors and a spacious bathroom. I loved the smart idea of having soap dispensers in the shower instead of little bottles. The location of the hotel was perfect, right off the highway and close to a huge shopping center. It was also convenient for visiting nearby Salem.

As a frequent business traveler, I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that the Sheraton Wakefield has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The quality of the mattresses is outstanding, and I had the best sleep during my stay. The staff at the hotel were also top-notch, providing excellent customer service and assisting us with all our needs. The hotel's exterior and entryway were also very impressive, creating a great first impression. Additionally, the proximity of the hotel to Salem was a major plus, making it easy to access and explore the area.

Our stay at Four Points was amazing. The location was convenient, with easy access to both Boston and Salem. The hotel lobby was attractive and the landscaping around the hotel was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Ashley Cammarata and Julie Rynkowski who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Ashley assisted us in coordinating a room block for our daughter's wedding and was a constant support throughout the process. She even became a part of our wedding team, ensuring that all our requirements were met. Julie, despite being fairly new to the hotel, handled the breakfast arrangements for the wedding day exceptionally well and catered to our ethnic requirements. The teamwork and understanding displayed by Ashley and Julie made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
