Value for money was excellent, worth every penny. The room was stunning, with floor to ceiling windows that made it feel open and big. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well-informed, providing excellent service. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from 5th Avenue and close to attractions. The restaurant served delicious food and had a classy atmosphere.

Breakfast delights could be improved with better attention to customer needs.

We had a fantastic stay at The Whitby during our birthday celebration trip. The hotel is a stunning art gallery, with beautiful artwork and wallpaper on every wall. The shower was amazing, and we loved the comfortable bed and quiet rooms. The staff were kind and quick to assist, and the English Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel had a great location, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our romantic escape. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and theaters. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. In addition, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our experience. First, the noise level was higher than expected.

The shower head and water pressure were fabulous. The room size was great. The mini bar and lighting were loved. The staff was attentive and courteous. The location was fab.

The Whitby Hotel in New York is a stunning jewel in the heart of the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and full of lovely details. The staff is helpful and gracious, making customer satisfaction a top priority. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable and the attention to detail is extraordinary. The hotel truly feels like a home away from home.

The hotel surprised me with its unique charm and friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed during my stay in the city. The rooms were clean and the showers were absolutely stunning, I didn't want to leave! Additionally, the hotel had beautiful art and artisan fabrics that added a warm and stylish touch.

One downside was the tricky bathroom setup, especially for getting ready or doing makeup. There was limited counter space and I even lost a pill down the pedestal sink.

One of the most charming places I’ve stayed is an amazing upscale hotel in a prime location. The English manor house is beautifully decorated, including colorful touches that are both modern and classic. The rooms feature stunning designs with thoughtful touches. Attentive and friendly staff greeted me upon arrival and provided a personalized note and thoughtful gift. The hotel is easily accessible by foot, with several attractions located within walking distance.

While the hotel shone, the surrounding area was lacking in charm, with cheap eateries, and a visually unappealing block.
