I keep coming back for the exceptional service and prime location. The staff helped with my luggage, which I appreciate. The hotel has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and a bar for my romantic escapes.

As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the hotel to be excellent for individuals of all ages, with convenient amenities and gentle slopes that make it easy to navigate the hotel's surroundings.

I would ask for better vacation experiences for senior people if the children of the staff were more attentive to the specific needs of elderly guests, ensuring a truly comfortable and seamless stay.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything you want to see in New York City. the room we had overlooked Central Park, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. the staff here are top-notch - they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite, which was the cherry on top of our already fantastic stay. This hotel truly knows how to make you feel special and taken care of.

The views from my room at Park Lane were spectacular – I could see the city skyline twinkling at night, and Central Park during the day. One morning, I chatted with the concierge who gave me fantastic recommendations for an authentic New York breakfast spot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent for exploring the city.

The bathrooms were in need of updating, and the furnishings seemed a bit worn.

The dining options were dunkin' - The Palm Court, Luke's Lobster at The Plaza, and the scrumptious burger joint nearby. Fika Espresso Bar kept us caffeinated while Quality Meats and Ora Di Pasta served up mouthwatering dishes within a stone's throw. The culinary adventures were spot on, mate. The staff showered us with kindness and a free upgrade, making our stay shine like a Big Apple.

The Junior Suite lacked a coffee maker, leaving us groggy without our dose. The dirty carpets in the halls screamed for a remodel, but the hotel's charm still sparkles like Times Square at night.

Wifi didn't work.

I was pleasantly surprised when my room was ready upon my early arrival, giving me a full day to explore. The staff were friendly and the accommodations were spotless with luxurious bedding. The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance of most attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

One drawback was that some of my clothes were accidentally taken by the cleaning staff. Although it was an inconvenience to get them back, the hotel staff did not apologize or seem bothered when I called to inquire.
