The new pool area is a tranquil retreat, perfect for relaxing under the sun with a glass of wine.

Service at the bar restaurant was lacking. our table was not checked on after placing our order.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was quite frustrating. After initially being told my room was ready, it turned into a long wait. I ended up having to ask for updates multiple times, which made my arrival less enjoyable than I had hoped.

My stay at Ponte Vineyard Inn was delightful! The room was spacious, featuring elegant decor and a private patio that overlooked a beautiful garden courtyard. The morning breakfasts on the outdoor patio were particularly enjoyable with a selection of fresh pastries and organic juices. The staff were attentive, welcoming us with a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival and providing gracious service throughout our visit. The new pool area offers a serene escape with comfortable loungers, and I was able to relax with a lovely glass of Chardonnay while enjoying the vineyard views.

The restaurant menu was limited for the supposed fine dining experience, and there was no room service at all, which was disappointing.

Dining options were quite pricey!!! The restaurant's limited menu was underwhelming and room service was practically nonexistent. The lack of bellhops was inconvenient for those with luggage!!! Also, a car charging station seems like a basic requirement in California!!!

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with views that are second to none! my favorite part was having a separate toilet from the shower/sinks, a nice touch in a high-end hotel. The meal we had at the restaurant was top-notch too, with fabulous service! I was impressed by the outdoor bar with live music, way better than the regular bar.

Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, right?

The architecture and interior design captures the essence of Old California, and the lovely balcony provided a great view for sunset sipping. Grounds and facilities were impeccable. a picturesque setting!

Dining options were limited with no room service. Our check-in experience was a bit drawn out, delaying the start of our getaway. Not ideal when you're eager to dive into relaxation!
