We had an incredible stay at Four Seasons. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and luxurious linens. The bathroom was large and well-equipped. We were impressed by the attention to detail, with popcorn and fresh fruit waiting for us on arrival. The concierge service was excellent, providing great restaurant recommendations and handling our reservations. The location was convenient for exploring Chinatown and the Exploratorium. our experience at Four Seasons was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

Our recent family stay in San Francisco was exceptional. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the mall and FiDi. The spacious room on the 16th floor provided breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom had luxurious amenities, including a large soaking tub. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They accommodated all our requests and the concierge team was knowledgeable and efficient. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant. it was a fantastic experience.

The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable and cozy, perfect for snuggling up on a cold winter night.

The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested in making our stay enjoyable. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready, despite arriving well after the check-in time. The restaurant was overpriced, and the food was mediocre at best. There were also a lot of noisy guests, which made it difficult to sleep at night. it was an underwhelming experience and not worth the high price tag.

This hotel is truly luxurious, offering exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The staff provided excellent service and the spa and wellness centre was outstanding. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were great for relaxing. I also enjoyed the massage and private facilities. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, and the location advantages were perfect for exploring the city.

There was only one minor issue I encountered during my stay. The coffee/tea in the lobby was not as tasty as I had expected. However, this does not detract from the overall excellence of the hotel.
