The hotel staff was friendly and the location was perfect for visiting Busch Gardens.

The indoor pool was closed, even though we were told otherwise. Our room had debris under the chaise and a questionable residue in the bathtub.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium because it provides a 24-hour business center and on-site guest self-laundry facility. The free continental breakfast, high-speed internet access, and indoor heated pool were convenient for my work-related needs. The staff was polite and respectful, and the rooms were clean and quiet, providing a comfortable environment for focused work.

The only service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities within the hotel premises.

The slides were insane, and we practically lived at the wave pool. Plus, the hotel's location was clutch for hitting up all the summer activities in Williamsburg. We had such a lit time, and the hotel's comfy beds and friendly staff totally added to the vibe.

Could've used a chill hangout spot at the hotel for some late-night fun with music and cool vibes.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Williamsburg for a weekend getaway with my kids. They were extremely clean and the staff was exceptional. They even recommended the 2nd Street Grille, which had the best food I've had in a long time. The whole experience, from the hotel to the restaurants, was wonderful.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I appreciated the electric fan in the bathroom, which worked much better than other hotels I've stayed at. The HD TV channels were a pleasant surprise, and the building is located in a safe area with restaurants nearby. The parking lot is well-lit, and the room smelled fresh and clean. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. everything was excellent, except for the breakfast.

During our stay at the hotel, we had a fantastic time at Water Country USA, Williamsburg's top water park. The kids had an absolute blast riding the thrilling water slides and splashing around in the pools. The park's tropical vibes made it the perfect spot for some family fun under the summer sun. We also enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to Busch Gardens, adding an extra dose of excitement to our family getaway.

My wife says that a kids' play area in the hotel would have been great for keeping the little ones entertained during our downtime.
