The cabin was cozy and secluded, perfect for a peaceful getaway. While the nights were a bit warm due to AC issues, the maintenance team's effort and the tranquil setting made for a comfortable stay. Just wished there was a bottle opener provided. Overall, a lovely family-friendly retreat with great amenities and proximity to attractions. The pristine cleanliness and charming holiday decorations added a special touch, though a privacy incident involving maintenance was a disappointing note.

Watching the geese by the river from my balcony added to the tranquil atmosphere. nearby landmarks like The Track and Patriot Park provided great family bonding opportunities, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I stayed at RiverStone Resort in Pigeon Forge during my transit and was impressed by the vibrant culture and easy access to the Smoky Mountain outdoors. The level of comfort and beauty of the resort made for a satisfying and relaxing vacation experience, creating the perfect backdrop for events all year long.

During my stay, the AC unit in my room was out and despite notifying the staff, no one came to fix it. As a result, I had to sleep with the doors open just to stay cool at night.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the location is near everything you would need for a great vacation. the rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. the four-bedroom suite was perfect for a large group, and the kids loved the pool. the fitness center was a nice bonus, and the hotel's atmosphere was welcoming.

One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. the pool area could have been cleaner for an early morning swim.

I always come back for city trip. The staff gave me a helpful wake-up call. The resort has Free Wi-Fi, car park, and 24-hour reception. Also, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, spa, and business center. Plus, no smoking allowed. It's perfect for me.

Love this place! The condo was spotless and had all we needed. The 3-bedroom suite was luxurious and more than we expected. The warm pool and playground were a hit with the kids, and Mom enjoyed the spa. Only tiny downside: furniture in the condo wasn't super comfy, but didn't ruin the overall amazing experience. So relaxed and cozy, can't wait to come back! ☺

The views of the beautiful Little Pigeon River and the surrounding mountains at RiverStone Resort & Spa were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning scene was the perfect way to start each day. The attentive 24-hour service made my stay as comfortable as possible, and I'll never forget the relaxing massages and body treatments at the spa.

The bathroom faucet dripped all night, and the hot water didn't last very long in the shower.

Had an amazing stay in a room with a jacuzzi and balcony. Breakfast was delicious! the lazy river was SO RELAXING. Would definitely stay here again! Jacuzzi is even better than in photos.

The event planning team took care of everything, except my PowerPoint. Dollywood rides were thrilling, especially the Lil' Pilots Playground. The spa treatments renewed my skin and relaxed my mind. The catering service provided delicious dining options. The dining scene was surprisingly affordable and worth watching. The spacious condo had plenty of closet space and a balcony with a river view. The Spa at RiverStone provided full-service treatments.

Couldn't find any, but I guess I would've liked to take the spa treatments at Dollywood.

Worth the price for the views, friendly staff, and location near Dollywood. Gorgeous suite with comfy beds, though some minor cleanliness issues. On-site amenities like pool and in-room tub were a hit. a great stay with a few hiccups.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was within 2 miles of all activities, making it incredibly convenient for a great vacation. The service here was exceptional, with staff who provided excellent service and were attentive to all of my needs. The amenities were top-notch, including a leisure spa & wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a fitness center. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen with cookware and utensils, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy sitting area. I also appreciated the on-site car park and 24-hour reception. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The luxury spa table with a built-in foot spa provided an incredibly soothing and pampering experience. The Spa at RiverStone truly stands out with its use of some of the finest organically fragrant scrubs and wraps, creating a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. The Gentlemen's feet spa experience was equally impressive, with the nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, and massage leaving me feeling refreshed and invigorated. The experienced therapists at the spa offered a broad menu of treatments, impeccably tailored to my individual skin and nail care needs. Additionally, I discovered the transformative effects of the body treatments, leaving my skin softer and my appearance more youthful.

Unsure if there was an issue with the hot water heater in the whirlpool jacuzzi, as the water would become cold before the tub filled up and couldn't get any more hot water.

The spa services offered here are like hitting the jackpot in Vegas - pure luxury! My skin felt rejuvenated after the skin treatment, like a freshly baked apple pie straight out of the oven - radiating and glowing!
