the location might be convenient, but the noise was absolutely unbearable. we barely slept with street sounds annoying us well into the night. plus, we had a hard time with the uncomfortable bed and one-sided nightstand—couldn't we get an upgrade for the price? i almost would’ve given a good review if they offered better amenities.

After arriving we were greeted with a very friendly staff member who genuinely made us feel welcome. The rooftop deck was a hidden gem where we enjoyed coffee and took in the skyline views while waiting for our plans.

the staff were incredibly welcoming and cheerful, especially a maid named merry who always had a smile! the rooftop offered breathtaking views (great for people-watching! ), and the valet service was prompt. plus, its location was really close to attractions.

This was just a smart choice for a transient visit in San Diego with best value. The hotel itself looked beautiful and had a nice suite. If you want to sleep, definitely bring earplugs because the noise from the street is a constant issue.
