Beautiful resort with great food

This place has stunning facilities and the food was really good! The location is super convenient with nearby attractions. Checking in was a pain, though; we had to wait a while to get our room. And housekeeping took forever to show up. Still, the vibe and amenities are pretty hard to beat!

The year-round water park provided endless fun for the entire family, with thrilling rides and relaxing pools. The stunning atriums and delicious dining options truly made our stay memorable. Cypress Springs Water Park took the stress out of finding a spot poolside, offering the convenience of reserved seating for our family.

My wife says that more organized and structured activities for kids would have made our stay even better.

The staff's help with my elderly parents left a lasting impression. This place ticks all the boxes with 24-hour services, numerous amenities, and a romantic atmosphere. I always feel taken care of and have never regretted a stay.

The exciting swashbuckling escape room was an absolute blast! It felt like being in a real-life adventure movie filled with thrilling puzzles and surprises. The whole family had a hilarious time trying to find our way out. It's definitely a highlight of our stay!

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of. The resort had a variety of amenities and activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved the water park, the warm atmosphere, and the amazing views of the atrium. As backpackers, we appreciated the family-oriented river and the positive vibes all around.

The water park was insane, dude! We were sliding and splashing all day long, and the reserved seating at the pool made it super easy to chill without stressing about finding a spot. And let's not forget the delicious food at the restaurants - it was legit fire!

Wish there were more late-night activities for us young party animals!

Breathtaking property, outstanding customer service, great pool area with lots of activities, comfortable bed, nice bar.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Our family loved the variety of restaurants, especially the Cuban bar and sports bar. The resort was huge and had so much to offer with shopping, alligators to look at, and even a water park for the kids. Our room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the shuttle service to the theme parks. we had a great time and would recommend this resort.

Nothing could have been better

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, located within easy reach of the amusement parks. We found parking ourselves saved us money on valet parking. We really enjoyed the restaurant, the food was great and staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gardens and atrium. The amenities including the pool and WiFi were fantastic.

The signage to the conference center was a bit confusing.
