During my stay at Gaylord Palms, I was impressed by the convenient location, just minutes away from major Orlando theme parks and other attractions. The resort's air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and coffee/tea makers were a welcome feature, providing both security and convenience. The separate children's and adult swimming pools, as well as the year-round water park, offered a variety of leisure options for families and adults alike.

The prices in the hotel's market were exorbitant, taking away the fun of staying there.

5 acre resort was fantastic! The year-round water park provided endless fun for the entire family, with thrilling rides and relaxing pools. The stunning atriums and delicious dining options truly made our stay memorable. Cypress Springs Water Park took the stress out of finding a spot poolside, offering the convenience of reserved seating for our family.

My wife says that more organized and structured activities for kids would have made our stay even better.

The staff's help with my elderly parents left a lasting impression. This place ticks all the boxes with 24-hour services, numerous amenities, and a romantic atmosphere. I always feel taken care of and have never regretted a stay.

We recently stayed at the beautiful Gaylord Palms for a family getaway. The resort's stunning view and breathtaking décor made our experience truly special. Cleanliness was top-notch, which is always important to us. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Our spa experience was fantastic, thanks to the skilled and professional therapist, Marie. She was one of the best therapists I've ever had, and I hope she's still there when we return. The resort's atmosphere was amazing, with no pushy time share reps or soliciting. The Christmas decorations were gorgeous, and we enjoyed the free shows in the atrium, including a touching retelling of Jesus' birth.

The exciting swashbuckling escape room was an absolute blast! It felt like being in a real-life adventure movie filled with thrilling puzzles and surprises. The whole family had a hilarious time trying to find our way out. It's definitely a highlight of our stay!

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of. The resort had a variety of amenities and activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved the water park, the warm atmosphere, and the amazing views of the atrium. As backpackers, we appreciated the family-oriented river and the positive vibes all around.

The water park was insane, dude! We were sliding and splashing all day long, and the reserved seating at the pool made it super easy to chill without stressing about finding a spot. And let's not forget the delicious food at the restaurants - it was legit fire!

Wish there were more late-night activities for us young party animals!

Our family loved the variety of restaurants, especially the Cuban bar and sports bar. The resort was huge and had so much to offer with shopping, alligators to look at, and even a water park for the kids. Our room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the shuttle service to the theme parks. we had a great time and would recommend this resort.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, located within easy reach of the amusement parks. We found parking ourselves saved us money on valet parking. We really enjoyed the restaurant, the food was great and staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gardens and atrium. The amenities including the pool and WiFi were fantastic.

The signage to the conference center was a bit confusing.

We had a fantastic stay, with outstanding customer service and a fabulous resort. The check-in representative, Brenn, provided top-notch service and set a great tone for our vacation. The hotel facilities were phenomenal, with a breathtaking atrium to explore and clean and fun pools. The larger pool was perfect for kids, with a depth of only about 3ft and even basketball hoops. There was also a fantastic splash play area and slides for the little ones. The rooms were spacious, and we enjoyed a main atrium view with a beautiful light show from our balcony. The staff couldn't do enough for us, making us feel like valued guests.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel, it's been my favorite for years. The Christmas decorations are beautiful and the ice show at the convention center is lovely. The staff is really nice and the location is perfect for Disney.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.
