The hotel had a great ambiance with cool photos and artifacts on display. There was a wide selection of pools, including a quiet adults-only pool and party pools with volleyball nets and swim-up bars. The beach was gorgeous and there were plenty of restroom facilities nearby. The hotel offered excellent snack foods like burgers, hot dogs, and crispy fries. The staff, especially our Butler Leonel, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The bartenders at Toro were amazing and made delicious drinks. the facilities were beautiful and there were plenty of activities to choose from.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and always eager to help. We especially loved the fact that we had so many options for food, including room service and a variety of restaurants. The pools were amazing and it was great to have an adult pool as well as ones for kids and parties. Plus, the amazing white-sand beach was just stunning.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The beach was absolutely beautiful and I had a great time relaxing there. The restaurants at the hotel were also fantastic, offering delicious food and a variety of options to choose from.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the occasional rude pool staff and a less-than-perfect steakhouse experience, overall I would recommend the Hard Rock Hotel. The beautiful beach, great restaurants, and prompt resolution of any issues made for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

The beach and pools were beautiful and clean, with DJs and fun day parties. Plenty of bars and alcohol included. Smooth check-in process and helpful staff. The spa was expensive but really nice. The food at ISLA was good.

The hotel offered a wide range of activities for guests to enjoy, including an arcade, laser tag, bowling. It was a nice way to have some fun and entertainment during the stay. Additionally, the kid pool with its fun slides was a highlight for families traveling with children.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the buffet selection was not very impressive, and it was surprising that there was no dedicated kid section.

Beach is beautiful and rooms are spacious. The service is excellent, especially from our personal host Onal. He made our stay unforgettable, recommending all the best places in the resort and getting us reservations. a fantastic vacation with a few minor drawbacks.

The best aspects of my Easter vacation were the great facilities and the excellent spa and gym. the hotel had two nice tennis courts, which were a fun way to keep active during the trip. Additionally, the staff were kind and very efficient. the butlers, especially Jamil, took great care of us and made our stay enjoyable.

The worst aspect of the hotel was the noise. It was almost impossible to find a calm spot as music was loud everywhere, even on the beach.

The room service at Hard Rock Hotel was exceptional. They always got my order right, and the food arrived quickly. I loved the variety of choices, especially the delicious salmon, club sandwich, and chicken soup. And the oreo cheesecake was to die for!

The nightlife options at the hotel were lacking. The only true night club had a cover charge of $35, and drinks were not included.

One of the highlights was the Rock Spa, where I enjoyed a rejuvenating treatment that left me feeling relaxed and pampered. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were not as impressive. there was ongoing construction in the hotel, which made it difficult to navigate around the property.
