the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the prices for such a nice hotel. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Finally, I was pleased to find that the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the hills, and the included breakfast had hot foods like eggs and bacon, which was a nice touch.

I stayed at this venue for a few nights and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, just off the highway and in a very safe area. The staff clearly wanted to deliver fantastic service and were very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed, including amenities such as a hair dryer, ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities. The outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and fitness center were great, and I appreciated the free toiletries and Wi-Fi.

This venue comes highly recommended, I'd recommend it to anyone.

The rooms felt outdated and in need of renovation. the TV in the room was old and barely functional, making it difficult to use and limited in channel selection.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to major highways and all the stores and restaurants you could need just across the freeway. It's also centrally located, making it a convenient base for exploring all that the area has to offer. The staff at the hotel are also very attentive and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room, like hand weights and bands, are a nice touch and add to the overall value for money.

The Sheraton Mission Valley Hotel offers friendly staff and a great location near a Westfield mall and freeway access. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with complimentary bottled water and Starbucks coffee. The hotel also has laundry facilities and a convenient coffee machine in the rooms. The housekeeping services are top-notch, and there is even ice water available at the front door.

The staff were great! The pool was nice and clean. Near everything!!! We got to do everything we wanted within a 10-15 minute drive of the hotel. The front desk was friendly at check-in. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and neat. The hotel is very nice, clean and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of 5, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy and we even got free parking on the night of our stay. The hotel's location close to the freeway made it convenient for us to get around to all the major places we wanted to visit. The staff, especially David B. at the Front Desk, was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond by making me a cup of hot tea when I wasn't feeling well. The restaurant staff were also excellent, accommodating my food allergies with care and going above and beyond to meet our needs.
