The hotel is located in a prime area close to everything in the West Loop, even though it's next to a giant construction zone. The staff was exceptional, offering late checkouts and guidance navigating the area. The room was gorgeous with ample space for luggage, a comfortable bed, and high-end amenities like a Dyson hair dryer and T3 straight iron.

The lighting fixtures and shower needed instructions on how to operate them.

As a group of friends, we truly enjoyed the amazing attention to detail and the luxurious amenities at Nobu. The bed and linens were so comfortable, and the spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and rain shower was a highlight. The corner suite offered stunning views, and the hotel's location was perfect. We loved the relaxing pool and spa, and the Zen suite that we booked exceeded our expectations. Nobu provided a wonderful stay-cation experience.

Beautifully designed and clean, with friendly staff and amazing food. The room was modern, spacious and had a fantastic view. The spa facilities were great, especially the bathtub which was perfect for two people. a great stay and definitely recommended.

The complimentary chocolates and Christmas decorations in the room were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a great spot near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. the bed was also very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel did not meet expectations. the staff were unresponsive to our needs and the room was not properly cleaned, with dust covering several surfaces.

The wooden bathtub in our room was amazing and worth the extra cost. The restaurant was top-notch and had great food. Our room was very spacious and the high ceilings made it feel even bigger. I had a great stay at Nobu and would recommend it to others.

The hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, with exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the room was stunning and had exclusive room advantages, making the stay even more enjoyable. the location was ideal, as there were many restaurant and bar options nearby, and transportation was easily accessible.

One minor issue was the service, which did not completely meet the expectations of a hotel of this caliber. There were a few instances where management was unresponsive or did not take extra steps to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
