The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Heavenly Gondola. Our spacious suite had a full kitchen and beautiful decor, making it feel like a home away from home. The heated outdoor pool was a perfect post-ski retreat, and the organized activities kept us entertained each day. Not to mention, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

While the stay was lovely, the valet service felt a bit disorganized, and we had trouble finding an easy parking option nearby. Also, the sauna being out of order was a letdown. A few more accessible dining options on-site would be great since we sometimes wanted a quick snack without heading out.

I loved my spacious suite with a full kitchen and cozy fireplace. Being next to the Heavenly gondola made skiing a breeze. The outdoor heated pool was fantastic for relaxing after a long day. Staff were friendly, and I appreciated having on-site laundry facilities, a lifesaver during our biking holiday!

However, valet service was often congested, and some amenities like the sauna were not functioning. A great choice for families seeking comfort and convenience!

I loved the spacious one-bedroom suite, complete with two fireplaces and a jetted tub. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the heated pool made post-ski relaxation perfect. Plus, the onsite laundry was a real bonus after a long trip.

However, I was disappointed by the shuttle service, which didn’t take us directly to the hotel. The parking situation was also confusing and a bit irritating, given the steep fees for valet without in-and-out privileges.

The location was a dream—right next to the ski lift and just a short walk to countless restaurants and shops.

the large jacuzzi is a nice touch after a day of hiking. noise from laundry room is bothersome.

I had an incredible 2-night stay in a spacious suite with a fully stocked kitchen and beautiful décor. The heated pool was a delightful touch, although valet was pricey. I can't wait to return!
